Mineral-rich, 100% derived from dates, our date syrup is a concentrated, amber-hued liquid sweetener with a caramel-like flavor. It blends easily in liquids due to its high solubility and offers a stable sweetness profile for bakery, beverage, dairy and confectionery applications.
